This class will help burn calories, boost metabolism, improve muscular endurance and overall health. This class is for any level. Come along and have some fun with a great bunch of people!

2x 45 min classes per week and choose from 3 time options:

Tues & Thurs 5:15am

Tues & Thurs 6:15am

Tues & Thurs 6:30pm
